1. What information do you need for a quotation?

To make a good quotation, we will need the following things: Product drawings or 3D model data files/The quantity of products you are going to make.
2. How much time do you need to give me a quote?

Usually, a quotation for a product is sent within 2 days after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.
3. Are lead times in working days or calendar days?

Lead times are quoted in calendar days.
4. What design files can you accept from our company?

Most CAD based programs, e.g. DWG, DXF, IGES and most commonly used formats.
5. How quickly can I get my parts?

It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. Quality parts can be made in as little as one week if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. We will give you an approximate delivery time in your quotation. As for shipping, 3-7days by air-express. 15-30 days by ocean shipping globally.
6. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T in advance if the amount is less than USD 5,000. If it’s more than USD 5,000 we accept a 60% deposit by T/T in advance, and the remaining 40% before shipment by T/T.

Wonder is currently certified ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13486:2016, ISO 14001:2015.
3. Do you design the products?

Product designs and drawings are provided by the customer.
4. What materials does Wonder work with?

We’re capable of working on machining projects with a complex array of components and materials – from plastics to Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Bronze and Zinc Alloy.
5. Can you supply completed parts?

Yes, when extra details such as plating, anodizing, powder coating, etc are required we co-ordinate with our existing subcontractors who specialize in their given field. We can therefore serve as a one-stop-shop with only one account.
6. How can I be confident in your quality?

We have an established quality system and are committed to customer satisfaction and continual improvement. All our products are subjected to in-process inspections at various stages of production by well-trained and qualified operators.
