What processing center is used for processing computer radiators, and a large number of integrated circuits are used in computer components. As we all know, high temperature is the enemy of integrated circuits. There are many types of heatsinks. CPUs, graphics cards, motherboard chipsets, hard drives, chassis, power supplies, and even optical drives and memory will require heatsinks. These different heatsinks cannot be mixed. The most common one is the CPU heatsink . According to the way of taking away heat from the radiator, the radiator can be divided into active cooling and passive cooling. The former is common with air-cooled radiators, while the latter is common with heat sinks. Further subdividing the heat dissipation methods can be divided into air cooling, heat pipe, liquid cooling, semiconductor refrigeration, compressor refrigeration and so on.
Introduction of computer radiator
The heat sink material refers to the specific material used for the heat sink. The thermal conductivity of each material is different, arranged from high to low thermal conductivity, respectively, silver, copper, aluminum, steel. However, if silver is used as the heat sink, it will be too expensive, so the best solution is to use copper. Although aluminum is much cheaper, it is clear that thermal conductivity is not as good as copper (only about 50% of copper). Commonly used heat sink materials are copper and aluminum alloy, both of which have their own advantages and disadvantages. Copper has good thermal conductivity, but the price is more expensive, the processing difficulty is higher, the weight is too large (many pure copper radiators exceed the weight limit of the CPU), the thermal capacity is small, and it is easy to oxidize. Pure aluminum is too soft to use directly. All aluminum alloys are used to provide sufficient hardness. Aluminum alloys have the advantages of low cost and light weight, but their thermal conductivity is much worse than copper. Some radiators have their own advantages, and a copper plate is embedded on the base of the aluminum alloy radiator. For ordinary users, aluminum heat sinks are sufficient to meet the heat dissipation requirements.
What processing center is recommended for processing computer radiators
We have already introduced some basic knowledge and materials of radiators above, so what processing center should be used for processing radiators? Now we will come to recommend to you that the size of the computer radiator is not very large, but the aluminum parts are not rigid, you can use our VMC550L machining center, if you require higher, you can use V5 high-speed machining center or T5 The centers can meet the processing requirements very well. At present, many of our customers are using these three models to produce radiators. Friends in need can contact us, we will serve you wholeheartedly.
