CNC lathe adopts NC programming technology on the basis of ordinary lathe, which makes the equipment more convenient to use and operate. The use of CNC lathes is specified in environmental requirements, power requirements, temperature conditions, and usage specifications.
The normal use of CNC lathe equipment must meet the following conditions, the power supply voltage at the position of the machine tool has small fluctuations, the ambient temperature is below 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.
1. Environmental requirements
The position of the machine tool should be far away from the vibration source, to avoid the direct sunlight, the influence of heat radiation, and avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti-vibration grooves should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, and will cause poor contact of electronic components and malfunction, which will affect the reliability of the machine tool.
2. Power requirements
General CNC lathes are installed in the machining workshop. Not only the environmental temperature changes greatly, the use conditions are poor, but also various mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the location where the CNC lathe is installed requires a place where the power supply voltage is strictly controlled. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system.
3. Temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of the CNC lathe is lower than 30 ℃, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or coolers inside the CNC electric control box to keep the electronic components, especially the working temperature of the central processor is constant or the temperature difference changes little. Excessively high temperature and humidity will reduce the life of control system components and lead to increased failures. Increased temperature and humidity, increased dust will cause adhesion on the integrated circuit board, and cause short circuits.
Fourth, standard use of machine tools
Users should be careful not to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system when using the machine tool. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool. Only the value of the gap compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The user cannot replace the machine tool accessories at will, such as using a hydraulic chuck that exceeds the specifications. The manufacturer fully considers the matching of various link parameters when setting up accessories. Blind replacements cause mismatches in various link parameters and even cause unexpected accidents. The pressure of the hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool holder, hydraulic tailstock, and hydraulic cylinder should be within the allowable stress range, and no increase is allowed.
