The method to cancel the limit alarm of CNC lathe must first confirm whether it is a hard limit alarm or a soft limit alarm:
Soft limit alarm: Press and hold the cancel limit on the panel and then reset. After the alarm is released, shake it by handwheel. If there is no cancel limit button, then you need to change the limit value in the parameter;
Hard limit alarm: that is, the limit switch on the guide rail is sensed.
The method of canceling the limit key is the same as above. If not, you need to disassemble the protective plate and move the hard limit switch. Move the carriage back and then install the upper limit switch. .
