Working range of lifting table milling machine

1.Cleaning of bed and components, cleaning iron filings and surrounding environment;

2. check each oil level, not lower than the oil level, fill all parts of the lubricant;

3.Cleaners, clamps, measuring tools.

Cleaning and adjusting workbench, screw handle and inlay on the column;
Check and adjust the clutch;
Clean the three-way guide rail and linoleum, clean the inside and outside of the motor, machine tool and accessories;
Check the oil circuit and fill each part with lubricating oil;
Tighten all screws.

Disassemble and clean each felt pad;
wipe each sliding surface and guide surface, wipe the worktable and the lateral, lifting screw, wipe the transmission mechanism and the knife holder;
Wipe the dead ends of each part.

[2]Lubrication

Each oil hole is clean and free, and filled with lubricating oil;
Each rail surface and sliding surface and each screw are filled with lubricating oil;
Check the oil tank body, oil level of the transmission mechanism, and refuel to the level position.

[3] Tighten

Check and tighten the pressure plate and panel screws;
Check and tighten the slider fixing screws, the knife transmission mechanism, the hand wheel, the table support screws, and the fork top wire;
Check and tighten the other loose screws.

Remove all rust and protect the painted surface from collision.
Decommissioning, spare equipment rail surface, sliding screw handwheel and other exposed rusty parts are oiled and anticorrosive.
