Error operation one:

When the diesel engine is running when the oil is insufficient, the oil supply on each friction pair will be insufficient due to insufficient oil supply, resulting in abnormal wear or burns. For this reason, before starting the diesel generating set and during the operation of the diesel engine, it is necessary to ensure that the engine oil is sufficient to prevent the failure of pulling cylinders and burning tiles due to the lack of oil.

Error operation two:

Sudden stop with load or stop immediately after unloading the diesel engine immediately after the diesel engine generator is turned off. The cooling system water circulation stops, the heat dissipation capacity drops sharply, the heated parts lose cooling, and it is easy to cause the cylinder head, cylinder liner, cylinder block and other parts to overheat and produce Cracks, or excessive expansion of the piston stuck in the cylinder liner. On the other hand, when the diesel generator set is shut down without idling to cool down, it will cause insufficient oil on the friction surface, and when the diesel engine starts again, it will aggravate wear due to poor lubrication. Therefore, the load should be removed before the diesel generator is turned off, and the speed should be gradually reduced and run at no load for a few minutes.

Mistake operation three:

After the cold start, the diesel generator set is operated under load without warming up. When the cold engine starts, due to the high viscosity and poor fluidity of the oil, the oil pump is insufficiently supplied. The friction surface of the machine is poorly lubricated due to lack of oil, resulting in sharp wear and tear, and even cylinder pulling , Burnt tiles and other faults. Therefore, after cooling and starting, the diesel engine should be run at idle speed to increase the temperature, and the standby oil temperature should be above 40 ℃ and then run with load; the machine should start at low speed gear and drive for a certain distance in each gear in sequence until the oil temperature is normal and the fuel supply is sufficient After that, it can be converted to normal driving.

Error operation four:

After the diesel engine cold starts, if the throttle slams, the speed of the diesel generator set will increase sharply, which will cause some friction surfaces on the engine to wear due to dry friction. In addition, the acceptance force of the piston, connecting rod and crankshaft changes greatly when the throttle is bombarded, causing a violent impact and easily damaging the machine parts.
