The computer numerical control machine tool is to control the computer numerical control system through the instructions in the program to perform all the processing actions that had to be manually operated in the past. - 1. Determine the origin of the program and the processing sequence according to the shape and size of the workpiece.
- 2. Workpiece clamping method. Clamp with a vise or use T-slot bolts, pressure plates, ladder sleepers or make special fixtures.
- 3. The choice of tools: including the diameter of the milling cutter, the length of the cutting edge, the material and the selection of other tools and determining the tool number, tool length correction number and tool diameter correction number of each tool.
- 4. Cutting conditions: including the spindle speed, cutting depth, feed rate, and finishing allowance of each tool.
