Solution: If the tool is not sharp after being worn or damaged, please sharpen the knife again or select a better tool to realign the tool. The machine will have resonance or uneven placement, please adjust the level, lay the foundation, fix it steadily and cause the machine to crawl. The flat guide rail is seriously worn, and the screw balls are worn or loose. The machine tool should be maintained.

2. The workpiece is deformed by the tapered head. The cause of the failure of the inclined bed CNC lathe: the machine tool is not well adjusted, high and low, and the placement is unstable. When the long axis rotates, the auxiliary materials are hard and the knife is deep, resulting in a knife phenomenon. The tailstock thimble is different from the main axis.

Solution: Use a spirit level to adjust the level of the machine, lay a solid foundation, fix the machine to improve its toughness, choose a reasonable process and appropriate cutting feed, to avoid making knives hard and adjust the tailstock.

3. Introduction of the inclined bed CNC lathe, the driving phase lamp is normal, and the size of the workpiece is processed. Troubleshoot CNC lathe failure: Long-term high-speed operation of the machine tool bracket will lead to wear of screws and bearings. Long-term use will cause the repeated positioning accuracy of the tool holder to decrease.
