  • (2) There are many local hardening and surface hardening parts. Many machine tool parts only require high wear resistance of the local surface. Except for a few parts that use a salt bath furnace for local hardening, most parts use local surface quenching methods (such as Induction heating, laser heating, super audio heating, etc.) hardening.
  • (3) The non-oxidation heating of most parts of the periodic operation furnace adopts the salt bath furnace. Carry out in a vacuum furnace or in a gas carburizing furnace by dripping kerosene to generate a protective atmosphere.
