Using cnc machining equipment for machining has high efficiency and good quality, but if the process design is not arranged properly, its advantages cannot be well reflected. From the experience of some cnc machining plants, the following problems exist:

1.cnc machining steps are too scattered

The reason for this problem is fear of complexity (referring to preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation and machining, easy adjustment of tool setting with one knife, and habituation to ordinary machining. This makes it difficult to guarantee product quality (position tolerance), and production efficiency cannot be exerted well. Therefore, cnc machining process personnel and operators should be fully familiar with the CNC machining knowledge, try more to master the relevant knowledge, and use the method of process concentration as much as possible to process, and use it several times, will naturally reflect its advantages. After the process concentration is adopted, the unit machining time increases. We arrange the two equipments face to face and realize that one person can operate the two equipments, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the quality is also well guaranteed.

2.The cnc machining sequence is unreasonable

Some cnc machining operators consider the preparation problems and often arrange the machining sequence to be extremely unreasonable. NC machining is usually processed according to the requirements of the general mechanical machining technology, such as first coarse and then fine (tool change), inside and outside, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, so that quality and efficiency can be improved.

Use G00 (G26, G27, G29) fast positioning instructions with caution The G00 instruction brings great convenience to programming and use. However, if it is not set up and used properly, it will often cause adverse consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero due to excessive speed setting, accuracy degradation, and strain on the rail surface of the equipment. Failure to pay attention to the return-to-zero route is prone to safety accidents that collide with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of the G00 command, it should be thoughtful and not arbitrary.

In numerical control machining, we should especially pay attention to strengthening the retrieval and trial operation of the program. After the program is entered into the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → move keys to perform inconclusive and definitive searches, and modify the program if necessary to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal execution of the program machining, the program must be trial run (turn on the power amplifier) ​​to confirm whether the machining route is consistent with the design route.

There may be other problems encountered in actual work, but as long as cnc machining engineering technicians and operators brainstorm and master the knowledge and skills about numerical control, the numerical control equipment can play the greatest benefits for the enterprise.
