At the same time, the surface scribe lines are blurred. Affects the normal progress of subsequent processes.
There are many ways to solve these problems. At present, the commonly used method is mainly to install a sand blasting device on a CNC flame / plasma cutting machine. This method uses fine sand to spray on the cutting and scribing surface at high speed, so as to clean the metal surface. Can more or less play the role of cleaning the welding surface. But today’s mastered sandblasting technology can only work at a speed of 3m / min, and the surface cleaning rate is 65%. This rate can only meet the requirements of cutting. At present, powder spraying, plasma arc scribing and inkjet scribing have reached a speed of 20m / min. Obviously, using this method, it can not completely meet the process requirements of high-speed cutting.
It is necessary to master a device to match the surface treatment rate with the scribing speed, so that the production efficiency can be improved. Thus, a high-speed and automated cutting method is truly realized.
